Drew Munshower serves as the Deputy Director of Allen County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, and has served in that capacity since August 2023. Drew assists with the development and implementation of emergency operations planning, training and outreach efforts of ACHSEM for natural, technological, CBRNE, terrorism and human initiated hazards or events.

In February 2008, while half-way through his senior year of high school, enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. In the Marine Corps, Drew served as a Field Artillery Cannon Crewman and Combat Marksmanship Coach. In March 2009, Drew was stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina and was assigned to 3rd Battalion 10th Marines. From August 2010 through May of 2011, Drew deployed with the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2013, Drew received orders and was re-stationed at Camp Pendleton, California. In September 2014, Drew exited the service.

In December of 2018, Drew received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Ohio Northern University, and in December 2022, he received a Master’s Degree in Homeland Security from Tiffin University. Prior to working in Emergency Management, Drew worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer in Paulding County, Ohio from May 2018 through September 2019. Drew then worked as an Adult Probation Officer at the Van Wert Municipal Court from September 2019 through August 2023. Additionally, from November 2022 through August 2023, Drew worked as a Part-time Task Force Officer with the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force Toledo Division.

Drew is originally from Cleveland, Ohio. He currently resides just west of Delphos with his wife and three children.
