Phil Zimmerly

Phil Zimmerly brings extensive experience to emergency management, with a diverse background in aviation, emergency planning, and hazardous materials handling. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Allen County Homeland Security and Emergency Management, he will soon step into the role of 911 Coordinator. Phil also works closely with the Allen County Regional Hazmat Team, applying his expertise in hazardous materials to enhance response capabilities.

In addition to his emergency management career, Phil was a small business owner for over 10 years, successfully managing all aspects of operations, from budgeting and employee training to new product development and customer service.

Phil resides in Allen County with his family.
